All facials start with a cleansing technique – using warm organic muslins to gently encourage an effective deep cleansing of the skin, exfoliation, hydration with a facial massage, mask and moisturiser will leave you with soft radiant healthy skin.

Ayurvedic Facial
Ayurvedic is the ancient holistic medical system from India based on achieving physical and mental harmony with nature which has been practised for more than 5000 years. Ayurfedic means “science of life” Ayu meaning life and Veda meaning science.
This is a super method of keeping wrinkles away. This massage relaxes the face muscles and stimulates the micro-circulation and lymph flow, thereby promoting the regeneration of healthy younger looking skin tissue and improves muscle tone, thereby improving the skin’s natural capacity to retain moisture. The massage gives the skin a smooth texture and appearance together with a healthy glow.
The intensely relaxing and revitalising massage nourishes both hair and hair roots. Through the use of special oils and strokes it improves the blood circulation and lymph flow in the head region and helps remove physical and emotional energy blockages. An excellent treatment for the prevention of wrinkles, this massage relaxes the face muscles and stimulates facial micro-circulation and lymph flow. There-by promoting the regeneration of healthy, younger looking skin.
The Facial begins with a thorough cleanse of the face, neck and décolletage followed by exfoliating, a 45 minute massage (emphasising on the face) – relaxing the facial muscles and stimulates circulation and lymph flow, working on the Marma points (energy points). Followed by a mask and moisturising with anti-ageing treatments optimised for the needs of your skin, face and skin will feel softer and smoother.

Gua Sha Facial Fusion
Face Gua Sha is an ancient Chinese technique using quality Gua Sha stones. A lifting and sculpting facial that helps to restore healthy skin function, decongest the skin and improve blood flow by stimulating the circulation to the muscles, tissues and organ, ensuring the skin is functioning at its healthiest. The firm but gentle sweeping and scraping movements encourage lymph drainage to the face and neck detoxifying, helping to clear sinus congestion, prevent acne, dark skin pigmentation and puffiness and dark circles under the eyes.

Cupping Facial
What is facial cupping? – a technique using small cups made of silicone (I use The facial cupping expert cups) which create pressure vacuum effect when placed on the skin. These cups are moved gently across the face in a sliding or circular motion, or squeezed and released to heal the skin.
How does facial cupping work?
Releases facia adhesions of the multiple layers of the skin, draws blood to the surface of the skin and promotes new oxygen rich blood circulation. Creates a mini-trauma initiating a natural healing process of the skin and stimulates cells responsible for collagen production.
